Hi I'm Kelsi. I’m a mom, a mental health clinician, and the founder of Mental Wealth Collective. I’m also someone who believes — maybe a little stubbornly — that healing is possible. For each of us. For our relationships. For our communities. And for the earth itself.
This work didn’t begin with my own healing. It began with a deep, unshakable sense that I was meant to do more — to serve, to contribute, to help shift the way we show up for ourselves and each other. I’ve always carried a quiet conviction that the world can heal, and I felt called to be part of that work. Somewhere along the way, I learned the saying, “Becoming a therapist is the best — and most expensive — therapy you’ll ever have.” And it’s true. This journey has shaped me just as much as I hope to shape the work I offer others. And I’ve seen, again and again, how powerful it can be to turn toward ourselves with compassion instead of shame.
That’s why I started Mental Wealth Collective.
Not because the world needs one more coach.
But because I believe in the ripple effect of one person doing deep inner work. I believe in what happens when we get curious instead of critical. When we listen to our inner parts. When we start building lives that actually fit who we are.
My approach is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, mind-body practices, and a deep respect for your inner wisdom. I offer courses, coaching, and tools that help you reconnect with your wholeness — especially if you’ve spent years feeling like you had to hold it all together.
This isn’t about perfection or productivity.
This is about mental wealth: the kind that’s rooted in self-trust, emotional freedom, and sustainable care.
If you’re tired of trying to fix yourself, and ready to start befriending yourself — I’d love to walk alongside you.
Our goal is to offer self-guided courses on a wide range of relevant mental health topics, including perinatal wellness, mental health specific nutrition, and therapeutic play. Each course is developed by experienced coaches who hold a Master’s degree or higher in a related mental health field and have a minimum of five years of clinical experience. Our course catalog is continually expanding, so we encourage you to check back regularly for new offerings.
